Reigning ILCA7 / Laser World Champion, Jean-Baptiste Bernaz has brilliantly represented the France in the last 4 Olympics – 8th in Beijing in 2008, 10th in London in 2012, 5th in Rio in 2016 and a place of 6 in Tokyo. Voted « Sailor of the Year 2022 » Bernaz is more ready than ever to win the first Olympic medal for the France in this very high level discipline. First selected in the SSL Ranking, Xavier Rohart left his mark on sailing after 6 Olympic campaigns in Finn and Star where he won a bronze medal at the Athens Olympics. Coach of the FFVoile, Xavier is also the manager of the SSL Team France, and discoverer of talents in the rich diversity and potential of French sailors.
Xavier will bring his experience and calm to the rear cell base of tactical decisions and choices of SSL 47 Team France.
